William W. Achenbach, age 60, of Elizabeth City, NC died Saturday, July 10, 2021 at his residence.
Born at Andrews Air Force Base, MD on March 15,1961 to the late Orlo Achenbach and Doris J. Raver Achenbach, he was the husband of Carol D. Ankrum Achenbach. Mr. Achenbach was a truck driver.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Lyndsey Achenbach (Paul Folkenroth) and Jennifer L. Ankrum; a son, Benjamin Achenbach (Amanda); two sisters, Alice Gante and Cheryl Krout (Scott); two brothers, Dwight Achenbach and Ethan Andy Achenbach (Stacie); and four grandchildren, Connor Colby, Grayson Gillis, Kole Gillis, Gage Gillis and Harper Achenbach.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Twiford Memorial Chapel with the Rev. F. Joe Griffith officiating.
