The Town of Kill Devil Hills has released a video highlighting the new water tower located behind the Fire Department.
Replacing the 200,000 gallon tank that was built in the early 1960s, the new 400,000 gallon pedesphere tank is expected serve the growing community for decades as a stable source of water for residential, commercial and first responder use.
