Our residential trash and recycling collection will run as usual on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11. However, the bulk item/brush collection yard and all Town offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.
We hope to see you at our annual Veterans Day ceremony in front of Town Hall on November 11 at 11 am. Lieutenant General Anthony R. Hale, Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, will be our distinguished guest speaker.
In addition, Nags Head’s town hall and Dowdy Park will be illuminated in green to show our support as part of Operation Green Light. We encourage individuals and businesses to join us in supporting this initiative.
