No driving or parking on the beach for tonight’s Kill Devil Hills fireworks

The Town of Kill Devil Hills reminds those with beach driving permits that you will not be allowed to drive or park on the sand for tonight’s fireworks show at Avalon Pier.

Town ordinances require off-road vehicles to leave the beach by one-half hour after sunset, that’s by 5:20 p.m. this evening.

Live video of the fireworks show will be available on Youtube, and here at OBX Today.

If you choose to watch the fireworks show from the beach and not the livestream offering, the town asks that you only do so with members of your household, keep a minimum physical distance of six (6) feet between you and others and wear a cloth face covering.
