The Town of Manteo Board of Commissioners will meet in Recessed Session in the Manteo Town Hall meeting room at 407 Budleigh Street on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to hear and act upon the following agenda:

  2. PUBLIC COMMENT Members of the public are invited to address the Board of Commissioners on any topic. Public Comment is not intended to require the Board to answer any impromptu questions or to take any action on items brought up during this period. Speakers will address all the comments to the Board as a whole and not one individual. Discussions between speakers and members of the audience will not be allowed. Time limits are 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes per group. Please come forward to the lectern and identify yourself so your statements can be recorded.

terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange, or lease of the real property located at 408 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Manteo.

C. NCGS § 143-318.11(a)(2) To prevent the premature disclosure of an honorary degree, scholarship, prize, or similar award.
