The Kill Devil Hills Board of Commissioners and the Town of Kill Devil Hills will host an ice cream social open to the public on Tuesday, September 27, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m.
In addition to ice cream, there will be hamburgers, hotdogs, chips and drinks to enjoy. Attendees are more than welcome to bring along their pampered pooch, as treats will be provided for them as well.
The live, musical talents of the FFHS Fine Arts group will kick off the social, followed by dancing with the OBX Shag Club.
