The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure through Thursday of South Memorial Avenue at East Martin Street for culvert installation.
Access to properties along South Memorial will be maintained during the closure from East Atlantic Street and no through traffic will be allowed on South Memorial. Through traffic on East Martin Street will be maintained.
The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
