Dare County Health and Human Services reported seven new COVID-19 cases Sunday, for a total of 13 over the weekend.
The Sunday cases include:
- Resident, 50-64, male, home isolation
- Resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
- Non-resident, 18-24, male, transferred isolation
- Non-resident, 17 under, female, transferred isolation
- Resident, 65 over, female, home isolation
- Resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
- Resident, 65 over, male, hospitalized
On Saturday, the health department reported six new cases, all non-residents who transferred out of county for isolation.
Since testing began in March, Dare County has seen 495 coronavirus cases, and two deaths. There are currently 20 active cases among Dare County residents.
