Dare County reports 37 new COVID-19 cases Wednesday

Dare County Health and Human Services today reported 37 new COVID-19 cases, a one-day high since testing began in March.

There are currently 87 active cases, w nine Dare County residents and two non-residents hospitalized. Five county residents have died COVID-19 complications.

Among the new cases reported Wednesday:

3) resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
4) non-resident, 50-64, male, transferred isolation
5) resident, 50-64, female, home isolation

8) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
9) resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
10) resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
11) non-resident, 65 over, female, transferred isolation
12) non-resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
