Dare County reports 21 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday; seven hospitalized

The Dare County Department of Health and Human Services reported 21 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, for a total 992 since testing began in March.

Of those cases, 80 are active and seven local residents are hospitalized.

The latest cases include:

13) resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
14) non-resident, 17 under, male, transferred isolation
15) non-resident, 18-24, male, transferred isolation
16) resident, 50-64, male, home isolation
17) non-resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
