UPDATED: Dare County health officials announce nine new COVID-19 cases Monday

The Dare County Department of Health and Human Services announced nine new cases of coronavirus Monday, for a total of 34 new positives over three days and 215 since testing began in March.

The Monday cases include:

Non resident, 25-49, female, transferred isolation
Resident, 17 under, female, home isolation
Resident, 65 over, female, home isolation
Resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
Resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
Non-resident, 65 over, male, transferred isolation
Non-resident, 18-24, male, transferred isolation
Resident, 17 under, female, home isolation
Resident, 25-49, female, home isolation

The Sunday cases include:
Non-resident, 65 older, male, transferred isolation
Non-resident, 65 older, female, transferred isolation
Non-resident, 65 older, female, transferred isolation
Non-resident, 17 under, female, isolating in Dare
Resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
Resident, 65 older, female, home isolation
Non-resident, 25-49, female, isolating in Dare
Non-resident, 25-49, male, isolating in Dare
Resident, 17 under male, home isolation
Resident, 25-29, male, home isolation
Resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
Non-resident, 18-24, female, isolating in Dare

County health officials will offer details on the latest cases, as well as testing and trends, during the agency’s regular Tuesday update.
