A damaged line is the cause of a power outage Tuesday morning in the Martin’s Point neighborhood near the Wright Memorial Bridge.
The outage was first reported just before 10 a.m., and is impacting a total of 438 customers of Dominion Energy.
The power company’s website said restoration is currently estimated for between 12 and 3 p.m.
