That was the question worth $2,000 in the Double Jeopardy category “History of Flight” on tonight’s episode of the television quiz show.
And while the Outer Banks has been the topic of numerous questions and answers over the years on Jeopardy, this time it was extra special.
The episode that aired on Jan. 8, 2021 was the final one with Alex Trebek as host. He died just 10 days after it was taped in the fall, following a courageous battle with cancer.
