Tomlinson and Associates, LLC and Brent Tomlinson are pleased to announce the Sale of The Kid’s Store and Sunset Ice Cream located at The Waterfront Shoppes, Unit 6 and 7 in Duck, NC 27949.
The Kid’s Store and Sunset Ice Cream was purchased by Shannon and Bob Tyrrell of Kitty Hawk, NC on December 1st 2022. The couple will be changing the name of the business to Duck Toy and Ice Cream. They will be remodeling and modernizing the store over the winter months and plan on reopening with a brand new look in the spring of 2023.
The Kid’s Store was previous operated by Joanne and Jennifer Lambert of Kill Devil Hills. Joanne purchased the store in 1994 and has successfully operated the business over the past 28 years.
