Thomas Michael McMahon, 66, of Manteo, formally of Elizabeth City, passed away at home from natural causes on February 23, 2021 in Manteo, North Carolina.
Thomas Michael McMahon also known as “Tommy Mac” or “T Mac” was born in Dayton, Ohio to late Violet Mae Padgett and John Brian McMahon on August 9, 1954. He worked in the local boat building industry. He was employed with Spencer Yachts up until his illness.
Tommy Mac leaves behind his wife, Wanda McMahon of the Manteo home; one daughter, Sarah Saunders of Manteo, NC; one adoptive daughter, Natalee Twiford and Joshua Bryant of Mann’s Harbor, NC; three grandchildren Jace, Ava, and Duran of Manteo, NC; three brothers John and Patricia McMahon of Elizabeth City, NC; Jimmy and Laura McMahon of Roanoke, VA; Robert and Pam McMahon of Currituck, NC.
Tommy’s memorial service will be private. Plans for a celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a future time. In lieu of flowers, Tommy Mac’s family is gratefully accepting donations for his memorial service made directly to Gallop Funeral Services at 252-216-8030.
