Podcast: Dare Arts Council Courthouse Sessions wrap-up, ton of October events ahead

Dare County Arts Council presents The Courthouse Sessions, a compilation of virtual performances featuring Outer Banks musicians. The performances will be broadcast on Dare County Arts Council’s Facebook page as a Facebook Live Tuesday at 8 p.m.

All September long, artists from Hatteras and Ocracoke islands have been featured. The final edition this month is Coyote with Marcy Brenner and Lou Castro from Ocracoke. While sharing their talents, most of the musicians will include virtual ways you can tip them during their performance.

Dare Arts Council executive director Chris Sawin was on with Sam Walker on OBX Today on The All New News Talk 92.3 WZPR to talk about tonight’s Courthouse Sessions and all the events coming up in October.
