This week’s Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is a sweet and fun hound that’s been at the shelter in Manteo since last June.
And the SPCA has an adoption event this Saturday from 12 to 3 p.m. at Shipwrecks Taphouse and Grille in Kitty Hawk.
