The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 23, 2022 for Neptune Drive at the west side of its intersection with S. Memorial Blvd. for wastewater utility repairs by Basnight Construction.
Through traffic on Neptune Drive at the intersection will be prohibited during this closure. Local traffic can detour around the closure from the west using Wrightsville Blvd south to Carolyn Drive and from east using S.Memorial Blvd south to Carolyn Drive.
Neptune Drive will remain open from the west for access to adjacent properties throughout the closure.
The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2022.
