The 2023 OBX Arts & Craft Festival will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Kitty Hawk on Wednesday, August 30, and Thursday, August 31, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The two-day event is free to attend and open to all.
This year’s event will feature a variety of creations from 24 Outer Banks artists whose specialties include painting, jewelry, photography, fiber arts, mixed media, wood and more. A portion of the artists’ entrance fees will be also be donated to local nonprofits, N.E.S.T. and Beach Food Pantry.
