Southern Bank signs on as title sponsor of FCA Golf Classic on August 26

Southern Bank presented a check on July 7 to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Northeast NC as the title sponsor for this year’s FCA Golf Classic, scheduled for Thursday, August 26, at Duck Woods Country Club in Southern Shores.

Check in begins at 12 noon with a shotgun start to follow at 1:00 pm.

This annual event supports the coaches, athletes, and overall FCA program serving Northeast North Carolina, which includes Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, and Perquimans counties.

As a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization, funding for FCA comes solely through the gifts and investment of individuals, businesses, organizations, and churches around Northeast North Carolina.
