According to an update from the Nags Head Police Department (NHPD) via Facebook, the Soundside Beach Access at Jockey’s Ridge State Park will reopen on Friday, June 10, 2022.
The Access temporarily closed on Monday, June 6 for repairs on the parking lot and will remain closed until Friday.
NHPD also notes that walking into the access is prohibited at this time.
