The Outer Banks Center for Dolphin Research is asking folks for any sightings and photos of a dolphin spotted near Pirate’s Cove Marina this morning with a green line wrapped around its body.
The dolphin was last seen in Roanoke Sound. The center asks everyone to report all sightings to the marine mammal stranding response team.
Photos and geographic coordinates are very helpful.
