A memorial service will be held to honor Philip’s life and legacy at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2024, in the Old Chapel at St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea Episcopal Church, Nags Head. Visitation with the family in the Parish Hall will precede the service at 10 a.m.
