Patricia Ann Ignacio McDonald, age 56, of Elizabeth City, NC died on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center.
She was born in Pasquotank County, NC on May 29, 1965 to the late Mariano Paz Ignacio and Mary Frances Jones Barnes and was a member of Fountain Of Life Church.
She is survived by a brother, Thomas Edward Barnes of Hertford, NC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her stepfather, Joseph Edward Barnes.
