This week’s Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is a loveable six-year-old guy who was shy at first but has since been seeking attention from everyone at the Dare County Animal Shelter.
All this week, rabies shots are available from 8 to 5 for just $5 at the shelter across from the N.C. Aquarium on Roanoke Island.
