The OBX SPCA Pet of the Week is Russia the dog.
Russia was bought to the shelter with the help of Animal Control. Russia did not have the best start in life, as she was strictly used for breeding and lived outside. She is now house-trained, loves her dog bed, and loves attention. Russia also enjoys cuddling, children, and other pups.
