The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is one of the shelter’s many darling black kitties that would love to stray her way right into your heart.
The shelter at 1031 Driftwood Drive, Manteo, has reopened to visitors. Everyone must wear masks, use hand sanitizer and only five visitors are allowed entry at the same time.
They have a full kennel that gets really hot in the summer, and the SPCA is recruiting fosters to help keep furry friends cool in your A/C.
