The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Flo.
Flo was found wandering around the trash dump for several days in Hyde County and ultimately brought to the shelter as a stray, but never claimed.
She seems to be house-trained, is very calm, loves to go for walks, and could go home with another dog.
