The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Billy Boss.
Billy Boss is around a year old. Initially a shy feline, Billy Boss was brought to the shelter from Buxton in January. With the help of shelter staff, he has come completely out of his shell. He enjoys catnip tea, soft beds, and all the attention you can give!
