A Kill Devil Hills man was arrested last week for reportedly threatening a Lyft driver in Charlotte in December, including allegedly using racial slurs.
Fox46.com reports Mecklenburg County Courts placed three arrest warrants out last month for Everette Jennings.
A magistrate charged Jennings with harassing phone calls, communicating threats, and ethnic intimidation. He was taken into custody at the Dare County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday and released after posting bond.
