Ken Taylor discusses hunting techniques with his daughter Jessie.

Because of ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, the North Carolina Wildlife Commission will conduct one virtual public hearing on Jan. 21 beginning at 6:30 p.m., to take comments on proposed changes to regulations related to wildlife management, inland fisheries and game lands for the 2021-2022 seasons.
