Olivia Jean Brinkley, 73, of Nags Head, NC died Monday, October 18, 2021, at Peak Resources – Outer Banks.
Born in Portsmouth, VA on November 26, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Iva Mae Moore Brinkley and Charles Edgar Brinkley.
Olivia is survived by a daughter, Gina Dixon (Chris); a son, William Talbert; five grandchildren, Justin Jackson, Joshua Jackson, Jean Ivey, Kelsey Talbert, and Buddy Talbert; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Elaine Matthews (Burr); and a brother, Charles Brinkley.
