The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Theodore.
Theodore is two-year-old brown Tabby who was transferred in from another shelter. He’s a super sweet guy who loves snuggles and rubs. Theodore gets along great with other cats. He’s very playful and enjoys chasing after strings.
