The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Octavius.
Octavius is an eight-month-old brown tabby. Octavius adores head rubs and delights in exploring his surroundings. Octavius is a true cuddlebug who will sit with you for hours just to receive love and attention. Shelter staff also note that Octavius gets along well with children and even dogs!
