The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Donny.
Donny was brought into the SPCA’s care from an animal cruelty case that took seven months to complete. He is now happier and healthier than ever, according to shelter staff. If you are interested in adopting Donny and have another dog in your household, a meet-and-greet is required.
