The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Bella.
Bella is around four-years-old and has the best personality, according to OBX SPCA staff. Bella was surrendered into the SPCA’s care as a stray. She loves to play catch, go for long walks, and receive all the snuggles. Bella has lived with kids and another dog before. She would make a great addition to any family.
