The Outer Banks SPCA Pet of the Week is Bailey.
Bailey was surrendered into the SPCA’s care after being adopted out as a puppy. Her previous family moved and could not take her. Bailey is full of personality and is quite the goofy girl. She is full of affection and would make a great addition to any family.
