Master Sergeant Vincent Stewart Devlin, USAF, Retired, 93, of Harbinger, NC died Thursday, November 26, 2020, at his home surrounded by family.
Born in Bennington County, VT on March 1, 1927, he was the son of the late Mabel Olive Devlin Palmer and Patrick John Devlin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight siblings.
Upon his retirement from the United States Air Force, Vincent continued to serve his community as the owner and operator of a plumbing and electrical company. He was a member of the Veterans of Stephentown, NY.
Vincent is survived by his wife of 67-years, Ruth Elizabeth Krell Devlin; one daughter, Linda Sicley (Allen) of New York; two sons, Kenneth Devlin (Denise) of Florida and Chris Devlin (Cathy Humphries) of North Carolina; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one sister, Agnes Carpenter of Florida.
A funeral with military honors will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo with Pastor Steve Siegrist officiating.
