Velina Kay “Kaci” Brennan, 66, of Southern Shores, NC died Monday, September 21, 2020, at Peak Resources – Outer Banks.
Born in Charleston, SC on October 25, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Kay and Mel Grennier.
Kaci is survived by her husband, Johnny Ownbey.
