Kill Devil Hills- The family of Ronald L. Gingell is deeply saddened to announce his sudden death April 27, 2020 at his Kill Devil Hills, NC home. Ron was 63 and just shy of his next birthday.
Born in College Park, Maryland, Ron was raised in the Greenbelt, Maryland area. He was married for 17 years to his wife Gloria, of the residence. Ron and Gloria made the Outer Banks their home 25 years ago. Always a hard worker, Ron was a valued team member at Food Lion, Coca-Cola Company, and Frito-Lay where he excelled in sales.
Ron is survived by his wife, Gloria A. Gingell; one sister, Karen Smith of Greenbelt, MD; his step-son, Jaime Jofre of New York; his sister-in-law, Sylvia Young of Chesapeake, MD; his niece and nephew- in-law Paola Vietoris of Dunkirk, MD and Danilo Yanes of Pompano, FL and also his neighbor and family friend, Martha Yates of Kill Devil Hills.
In keeping with Ron’s directives, he will be cremated and no services are to be held. Family and friends may express their condolences via the online register at www.gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
