Maude Louraine Hoffler Brickhouse, 95, of Elizabeth City, NC died Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation.
She was born November 21, 1924 in Pasquotank County to the late Aubrey Wilson Hoffler and Minnie Morgan Hoffler and was the widow of Saint Elmo Brickhouse. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Jenny Tatum (Brownie) of Elizabeth City, NC and Patsy Keeler (Stan) of Kitty Hawk, NC; four grandchildren, Brandon Tatum, Summer Batts, Morgan Keeler and Maggie Keeler; and four great grandchildren, Sydney, Chase, Ashlynn, and Riley. The family would like to thank the Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation staff, especially Debra and Cheryl.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, October 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at New Hollywood Cemetery with the Rev. Jason Davis officiating.
