Leslie Ann Urbanske, age 62, of N. Poindexter Street, Elizabeth City, NC died Thursday, April 30, 2020 at her residence.
She was born in Alexandria, VA on September 16, 1957 to David Frank Urbanske and Carole Ann Faverty Urbanske. She grew up in Falls Church and in Arlington County, VA and graduated from Yorktown High School in Arlington in 1975.
She attended Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, VA and worked as an administrative assistant first with the Arlington County Treasury Department and later with the United States Department of Agriculture. She enjoyed embroidery, music and meditation. She was a loving and much loved daughter, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, Leslie is survived by her sons, Lester and Chester; and five grandchildren, Destiny, Makya, Lyrica, Julian and Khaleesi. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lauren Urbanske.
