Kelly Clark Rogers, 33, of Manteo, NC died Wednesday, June 3, 2020 in Raleigh, NC.
Born in Chowan County on August 14, 1986, he was the son of Angela O’Neal and Kenneth Rogers.
In addition to his parents, Kelly is survived by a brother, Steven Quidley; grandparents, Bryon and Faye O’Neal; and an aunt, Sherri O’Neal.
