NPS announces opportunities to bid on federal government contracts in Dare County

The National Park Service has several open government contracts for businesses to bid on at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site and Wright Brothers National Memorial.

Businesses that are interested in bidding on federal government contracts must do so through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Contract Opportunities at Fort Raleigh National Historic Site

Contract Name: Upgrade Lost Colony West Breezeway Restrooms

  • Description: Rehabilitate the west breezeway restrooms at the Waterside Theatre.
  • Bids Due: Aug. 8, 2022

 

Contract Opportunities at Cape Hatteras National Seashore

Contract Name: Parking Area at Former U.S. Coast Guard Station Bodie Island

  • Description: Create a new 10-car parking area.
  • Bids Due: Aug. 12, 2022

Contract Name: Paint Bodie Island Housing

  • Description: Restore the exterior of four park houses.
  • Bids Due: Aug. 12, 2022

 

Contract Opportunities at Wright Brothers National Memorial

Contract Name: Refinish Visitor Center Floors

  • Description: Semi-annual cleaning and treatment of visitor center floors.
  • Bids Due: Aug. 26, 2022
