The 38th annual National Night Out at Dowdy Park in Nags Head will take place Tuesday, October 5, starting at 5 p.m.
This event promotes police-community partnerships and engagement with the public, providing a great opportunity to bring law enforcement and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
A bounce house, a dunking booth, a seatbelt simulator and other various vendors and kids activities will be available. The police department will also be providing food for the event.
