The Nags Head Police Department needs your help finding John Isreal Rust, 37, who is wanted for breaking and entering into several cars and larceny from the vehicles.
He has no fixed address and is 6 feet 2, about 200 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Police say he may be bald with just a beard at the moment.

“This is the perfect time for our department to remind everyone to remove ALL valuables from your vehicles and lock your doors to help prevent theft,” the police department said in a Facebook post.
