Manteo police investigating armed robbery at La Mision Super Market

Manteo police are investigating an armed robbery Monday night at the La Mision Super Market.

Asking for information

The Manteo Police Department is asking for the community's assistance investigating an armed robbery that occured at La Mision Store on March 25th. At aproximately 9:10pm three African American males dressed in all black clothing entered the store and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The robbers made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. Three men dressed all in black walked into the store at 413 US HWY 64/264 about 9:10 p.m. and robbed the clerk at gunpoint, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robbers were only described as African American. Police released surveillance video of the robbery showing two suspects startling the clerk ask she sat at the counter Monday night.
