The Manteo High School Student Environmental Awareness Coalition recently completed the first of four roadside cleanups along their sponsored stretch of U.S. 64 in Manteo.
SEAC’s mission is to increase high school students’ knowledge of environmental issues and provide opportunities for students to practice stewardship of the Earth.
