Town of Kitty Hawk Public Works will be conducting the next Bulk Pick Up beginning on Monday, September 13, 2021. Please have items placed in the right-of-way.
For this pick-up, the following recyclable items will be collected: used auto tires (tires must be removed from rims), used motor oil (only in spill proof containers), auto radiators, scrap metals (rims, motor parts), appliances, furniture, and mattresses and box springs. Please remove doors from refrigerators or place door side down, as to not allow entry.
The following items WILL NOT be collected: Windows, mirrors, and any glass items; Hot tubs and covers; Vegetative debris (branches, yard clippings, etc.) (separate pick up date); Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, gasoline); Home re-modeling/construction debris
