Come spread some holiday cheer with Kitty Hawk Kites and a kite-powered light show on Jockey’s Ridge.
On Saturday, November 27th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Jockey’s Ridge State Park, Kitty Hawk Kites will be flying large kites illuminated in the spirit of the holiday season.
At 5 p.m., enjoy the lighting of Jockey’s Ridge State Park’s Solar Christmas tree on the dunes directly across from Kitty Hawk Kites. Warm beverages and cookies are also available at Kitty Hawk Kites in Nags Head. Any donations made will benefit the Friends of Jockey’s Ridge.
Kids can share their Christmas wishes and have a picture taken with Santa at Kitty Hawk Kites in Nags Head on Friday, November 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Saturday, November 27 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Have some fun with Santa’s elves and try out classic toys straight from the “workshop” on the second floor of Kitty Hawk Kites!
